Two independent uniform draws choose numbers from 00 through 99 with replacement. Keep each leading zero and concatenate them into exactly four digits. The result is a palindrome only when all four digits equal their reversal: first equals fourth and second equals third.

Before starting choose stake10,20,50 or100 and one of the two categories. Starting captures both choices and deducts the stake once. Stake, ticket and refill controls lock until settlement.
