Join two padded numbers and compare the reversal
Two independent uniform draws choose numbers from 00 through 99 with replacement. Keep each leading zero and concatenate them into exactly four digits. The result is a palindrome only when all four digits equal their reversal: first equals fourth and second equals third.
Choose palindrome or non-palindrome before starting. A single captured stake covers the complete pair. There is no addition, digit carry, mid-round decision, Auto, Stop or cashout.
